Weekly Photo Challenge: Reward
In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Reward.”
You just get onto one of these machines (carefully because you don’t want to get hurt before you even start!) and you start walking or pedaling at a speed that’s comfortable for you. Stay on the device for 30 to 40 minutes and repeat this activity about three to four times a week and in just a couple of short weeks you’ll notice amazing rewards. Your weight will drop, your joints will feel looser, your muscles will lengthen and relax, your blood pressure will lower, you’ll feel calmer, you’ll sleep better. On and on and on . . .
wonderful! I am psyching myself to go to the gym as I sit here and procrastinate and read everyone’s entries for the reward photo challenge. 🙂
