Pickin’ and grinnin’–my favorite kind of country music. Growing up, one my best friend’s brother played banjo in the Mummers Parade–which was always a highlight for me watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving parade on TV. Good memories.

Mine too. There are some bands now who transformed bluegrass and combined it with rock and improvisation and I like them a lot.
