A New Word! I Learned a New Word!

It’s exciting to learn new things – especially new words – and I learned a new word today!
Aquafaba.
Say it out loud; it’s fun!
Aquafaba makes me think of Aqua Velva (do they still make that stuff?) but you can’t eat Aqua Velva and you can eat Aquafaba. What I like about this so much is the ability to make healthy mayonaise out of it.
