I had a little difficulty with this one until I was stopped at a stop light and was watching the American flag blowing in the breeze.

For the last 236 (237 in 10 more days) the American flag has created a homeland, heroes, freedom, passion, legends and many, many other things. See this flag and see our allegiance.
