The Letter “C”

April 3, 2012

The Blogging from A-Z Challenge. Day three: the letter “C” (not a big rhyme, just one that’s wee)

Congratulations
Congratulations for the University of Kentucky for winning their eighth NCAA men’s basketball championship.

Come On
Come on Kentucky fans, can’t you celebrate a victory without having it turn into a riot? First the celebration/riot after last Saturday night’s win and then another celebration/riot last night. Embarrassing.

“Hey, our team won!”
“Yeah, I know. It’s cool, but I’m not a fan.”
“Me either.”
“Hey, let’s go fuck things up!”
“YEAH!”
“You got beer?”
“We’ll steal it, let’s go!”

Considerate
Considerate means to be kind and respectful of other people and their feelings. If each of us is kind and respectful to just one person a day then that other person is more apt to be considerate to someone else and that’s a lot of feelings kindness and respect going out into the universe.

Charlie
Charlie is my dad’s name and he’s not feeling well and I would like him to be feeling well.

I will NEVER understand the whole riot-cuz-my-team-won situation. If anything, riot because they LOST and you’re angry about it. Idiots…
