Book Review: The Door Into Summer
The Door Into Summer is a time travel tale of a hapless engineer who bounces between 1970 and 2000 that left me, like most time travel tales do, confused. If you can forget about time travel paradoxes and anacrhonisms, as Heinlein has, then the humor in this one might be enough to keep you afloat until the satisfying end but for me it was another Heinlein story that left me thinking, “What’s the big deal?” Worthwhile for Pete the cat.
My rating: 2 out of 5 stars.
